Where the heck do you open a support ticket??
CompletedI called the toll-free number and they said to come to support.box.com...where, there doesn't seem to be anyway of opening a support ticket. I also tried chat, but support chat is offline as it was before.
Even on the admin page, the support link sends me in a circle back here to support community...where you can't do anything but post a comment, like the others who have wondered the same thing.
Im an admin for a business account. IT shouldn't be this hard to get support.
Im having serious Sync issues and before i trash 2TB of files, im hoping SOMEONE at "support" can maybe support me?
Here's the error trying to launch box sync app on my 2017 iMac, running Ventura:
"Detected error: Unable to _create_fresh_sync_root_folder_and_move_aside_any_existing_folder: permission denied"
Box Sync version: 4.0.8088 (831b9ff3c)
My sync folder is an external drive. Has been for years. Maybe you dont support that anymore?
IF not, im kinda screwed. You've removed file thumbnails from Box Drive, so i cant use that anymore. (it's really hard to search images without a thumbnail.)
Please help!! Really hard to work on indesign files that have hundreds of linked images in various box folders.

I am having the same problem. I was prompted with "Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue." like a whole bunch of other people who have posted, but I see no way to open a support ticket. This is very frustrating.
