Help cancelling my subscription
AnsweredI need help regarding canceling my account. When I opened my account I didn't even have an individual account choice, hence me getting a trial which I didn't intend to complete. I cancelled my account one week ago on the website and I'm still getting the "pending payment" emails. Can somebody help me cancel everything completely? I tried reaching cancel@box.com but haven't gotten any response yet
Now I'm working with the studio with an individual license (the studio is paying for all the licenses) using my personal email.
