Share Link, w/ Password, no account setup required, no re-sharing of link

I want to send a shared file/folder link to someone externally, requiring them to use a password to get access, but NOT requiring them to setup a Box account.  Is there a way to also prevent them from re-sharing the link and password to someone else?

  Welcome to Box Community and I’m here to help!

  In order for the non-Box users to access your Box content through a shared link, you can only create a shared link that is open to them.
