Link to Shared Folder Not Working

I've been sent a link for a shared folder. When I click the link in my gmail inbox, box.com opens in a new tab but the folder is not available.

  Did you check if the collaboration invite was sent to the email address linked to your Box account? If so, make sure to log in to your Box account and once again, access the collaboration invite sent through email to accept the invite.
