iPad video downloads distorted

After taking a video on an iPad mini, I upload to Box.com.  Been doing this for weeks with no issues.  But recently my uploaded videos appear very distorted on Box.com (they appear to be stretched at the sides).   I cannot figure out why or if there are any settings in Box.com to fix this.

  sorry.  i have not resolved it yet.  Box.com customer support is in touch with me, but issue not resolved yet.
