Box drive dont work

Hello,

 

I had to format my computer and since then the box drive is not workink.

I have the file on my computer with a white cloud and in the app there is nothing there to sinc.

 

I already uninstaled and reinstaled the app but it didnt fixed the problem

 

I use windows 11

 

What can I do?
