    Hello

    My account is on hold due to credit card suspension.
    I would like to register a new credit card, so please cancel it.

    When I try to enter a credit card, the following message appears and I cannot register.

    "An error occurred while processing your request.
    We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are entered correctly and try again. For help, visit support.box.com."
