Box sign - Contract signing, multiple people to monitor/chase?

HR are looking to use Sign to send contracts for new starters to sign, this would speed up the process and reduce the risk of documents being lost in the post or on site.

However, what if the HR member who sent a contract is on leave or sick and we need to chase list of contracts?

I know the document can be set to auto remind but if this HR person had a list and someone wanted to go through the pending list like they would their own in the Sign section, any suggestions?

I am suggestions that all documents are set to land in a shared folder so that we can collect declined or signed which helps there.
