I need to change the account administrator

We need to change the main account administrator of our organization because the person who have the main account is not working here anymore and we can't reach him.
The actual account that is the administrator is [personal information–redacted] and we want the [personal information–redacted] to become the main administrator. This account is co-admin for now.
Can you help us to do this from your side??
Please answer in french if possible or if not its ok!!
