How do I open a support case??????
AnsweredI was prompted with "Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue." like a whole bunch of other people who have posted, but I see no way to open a support ticket. The link just takes me to https://support.box.com/ and there is no specific help. This happens every time I do a system update. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Thanks. I filled out the form. Btw, it would save a lot of people a lot of time if that error message/logs message included the direct link to create a support case with Box (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests?&referrerPageUrl=https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ) instead of sending us to the main Box page.

I submitted my request, but got an email immediately saying "Thanks for your message. Your organization has requested that you contact your internal Help Desk for support regarding this issue. Please contact your organization's Help Desk directly for further assistance."
When I've tried to solve this problem before, they directed me back to you. Catch 22! How can I make sure Box is actually functioning correctly if box support won't help me?
