Unable to login into Box Drive with email ID and SSO
AnsweredUnable to login into Box Drive with my email ID [personal information–redacted] and SSO (single-sign-on). I am getting an error as below:
"Verify that you are connected to the internet and then click Retry. If you continue to see this message, contact your administrator to verify if it is a network issue. If not, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue."
My internet connection is perfectly fine and working. Please help resolve this error.
