Co-owned files deleted
AnsweredI had files that were co-owned between my personal and university Box accounts. When my university account was deactivated, all co-owned files were deleted. I had these files shared with my personal account specifically for the purpose of maintaining the data when my university account was deactivated. Can Box restore these files to my personal account?

When an account is deactivated, the contents owned by this account will cease to be accessible as well. This will also apply for collaborators with Co-Owner and below permissions.
You may want to get back to your University Admin for assistance.
