can't add user due to user being deactivated
AnsweredHavnig trouble adding a particular email as a new collaborater. Other emails from the same domain have been added succesfully. Keep getting a red message saying that she cannot be added because she has been "deactivated". I have not deactivated her.
Any tips on how to solve this?

You can only invite collaborators with an active Box account, as collaboration requires Box log in. Meanwhile, you can advise your invitee to contact us directly for us to look into her account.
