    • Is this recurring in every videos you uploaded? 
    • What if you upload it in your mobile device's browser and not in the Box for iOS app? 
    • Has it ever worked before?

    It happens with all vertically filmed videos. I have never had an issue until last week. I have tried everything. Downloading it to my computer, sending to my phone. None of them have worked. Was there an update?
