Saving Microsoft 365 files straight to Box
CompletedI am trying to resolve an issue with box where I cannot save files from Office 365 One Drive directly to Box. I have been given this solution (Disabled by Administrator: Cannot Use Application – Box Support), but it seems that the Office 365 tenant ID is not recognized in the configuration process. I have copied & pasted directly across but the save option is faint & not available. I'm looking for more help to get this working.
