Box App collapsing

Hi, is there anyone that could help me fix my issues.

When I open my Box Drive App it will just collapsing multiple times and does not working properly.

  In regards to your issue with Box Drive, can I confirm the following details? 

  • Your Operating System 
  • Your current Box Drive version
  • Lastly, do you receive an error with this behavior? If yes, kindly attach a screenshot.
