    What is WRONG with box that people cannot upgrade? This organization has serious user experience problems, people are literally trying to give their money to Box.com for upgrading and they are running into problems. Management needs to be shoved out of the company and there needs to be a serious re-working of priorities. If anyone complains that they are having trouble giving my business more money, I would FIRE the person responsible for this fiasco.
