Error message when adding new email address
AnsweredHi, I am trying to add an email address to my account to change it to my default one and I am getting an error message that "the email belongs to a different organization" and can't be added. I need to make this my default address as this account is associated with my nursing school. I appreciate any assistance.

According to your error, it appears that your email address is already tied to Box.
In this case, you will have to use another email address or dissociate this email address with the Box account in which it is connected.
