My supervisor is unable to view the documents
AnsweredMy supervisor possesses a Box account as the Owner, while I serve as their Editor. Nevertheless, throughout this week, I have been diligently working on uploading multiple documents to Box, creating folders, and performing various tasks, to which she has no visibility or access. Everything appears to be in order: the documents have been made, edited, saved, deleted, etc. However, my supervisor is unable to view them in any capacity.
Could you please assist us in identifying the specific cause behind this discrepancy? It is worth noting that this issue does not affect all the documents I have uploaded; it is limited to certain ones.

You may want to check with the affected user, (1) if she's correctly accessing the folder location where these missing files were successfully uploaded. (2) Confirm if she's accessing these files through her local Box folder or in box.com.
As the person who worked and uploaded these files, are you correctly seeing them through box.com?
