Unable to pay for upgrade
AnsweredWe have made a succesful proof-of-concept using the free version and would like to upgrade to the business version (3 users).
The problem arises in paying for the upgrade. We receive the following error notification:
"We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance".
All fields are filled out correctly and we are getting no field red-outs. We are using a valid Mastercard for payment.
Can you help us getting the payment thru?
