Upload document indicates complete but I can't see it

I go get my file
It indicates complete but I do not see it !?

Can I confirm the size of the file you're uploading? Please be informed that the maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type:
- Free personal: 250 MB
- Starter: 2 GB
- Business: 5 GB
- Business Plus: 15 GB
- Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
- Enterprise Plus: 150 GB

Could you check if you're uploading a file greater than your upload size limit? If not, I recommend running these troubleshooting steps to address your upload issue.
