"Accept Invite" Not Working When Shared to Email

Someone sent me an invite to collaborate on some files. However, when I click "Accept Invite" it just takes me to my box homepage and there are no collaborators listed. I have looked through some support articles on Box. One article said that the email address on the Box account and the email address the invite was sent to have to match. However, I checked and both email addresses are the same. I'm not really sure what to do now.
