Reset password not working
AnsweredI've tried multiple times to obtain password reset- I'm not receiving the email, it is not in my spam box. Please assist further.

I checked and your email is not blocked by Box, with that you may try these troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.
Also, you may want to try generate a new password reset link using https://account.box.com/login/reset?redirect_url=%2F.
