No mails from Box
AnsweredHello.
My colleague can not receive an email invitation to join the BOX collaborator.
Try to create her own BOX account , but she did not receive authentication email.
No mail in Spam/Junk folder, Our IT department do not block emails from BOX.
It seems that her email address is on suppression list.
I could not find how to start a ticket for help.
