Request for License Modification

We are currently using three licenses but due to changes in our business situation, we would like to reduce this to two licenses.
Therefore, we kindly request that you proceed with the cancellation of one of our licenses. If there are specific procedures or any other information required for this process, your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
