File and Folder shortcuts

I need to be able to store master documents in a central repository and then create shortcuts to these that can be placed in folders / collections that reference these.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  Currently, you can create "collections" to organize or group your essential Box folders in the Box website.
