Setting up account for a user but she's not receiving a welcome email from box.net
AnsweredMy name is Matt and I work as a helpdesk with EOG resources. I have been working with a user with trying to set up her Box.net account but have not been successful. She is not receiving a Welcome email to sign in after I have created the account and we have checked her Junk folder, Quarantine or OWA.
We deleted her account from Box.net to re-create it but now we are getting a message from box.net stating that she already has an account even thought we deleted it (see below). Could you please assist with this?
