Used storage size is wrong

Hi, I see that used storage size shown is wrong, please run fixing script.

  I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

  storage size shown is wrong!! please help to run a script to check how much storage is being used in my account.
