Cannot access account because of 2FA linked to nonexistent phone number
AnsweredHi,
we would like access an old Box account to be able to check its content and possibly move it to the newer one. Login cannot succeed because the 2FA requests a code from a phone number which is deprecated, doesn't exist anymore. We neither have the backup code of that account.
Could you please help?
