  Welcome to the Box Community. Let me see what I can do to help!

  The steps below will show you how to cancel your Box Account:

  1. Sign into your Box.com account

  2. Visit https://app.box.com/master/settings/accountBilling

  3. Under Billing Information, click 'Cancel Account'

  • Don't see this option? Email cancel@box.com

  4. Complete survey and click 'Cancel My Account'

  5. Confirm cancellation and click 'Permanently Cancel My Account'

  • Please note the account will cancel at the end of the service term

  If you are having trouble canceling your account, please email cancelBox.Com
