No way to approve app, and no support user generated

I have created a new app with CCG (server authentication), with App+Enterprise access.
I can make API calls from an iOS app using the developer token, but my personal user ID doesn't work when trying to call:
sdk.getCCGClientForUser(userId: "<USER_ID>")
Apparently I need a service user ID to put here, but there are none listed and I can't see any way to get Box approval for this app, there is no tab for Authorisation in my app?
Does anyone know what the solution is? Do I need to upgrade my account (currently individual) or am I missing something else?
