I can't change my email
CompletedI want to change my email address to box-login with my personal box account.
So, I tried all kinds of ways but it didn't work to change my email address .
My try way for example,
Here's how:
1. Go to the user's profile (Initials)
2. Click Account Settings
2. Under Account tab, scroll down and find the following settings:
- Click Link Personal Email.
- Enter your new email address and click the Save button.
- An email verification will be sent to the new address you entered. Click the verification link sent to your new the email to confirm.
- Once your new email is linked and verified, you will have the option to "Make it Primary".
- After making your new email address your primary, you will then be able to remove the old email address.
when I was in Step
- Enter your new email address and click the Save button.
, my all email address was unsuccessful and caused the error "There was an error while trying to add ~~@~~.com to your account."
Someone else can help me to solve this problem?
