Critical items are missing from folder
AnsweredI recently observed that items are missing from folder. Looks like everything inside the folder is gone, only the folder remains.
No one deleted the items, apparently there is no log for deletion.
I got a 50 GB lifetime free account as a part of samsung device promotion back in 2014. Many time box tried to lock my account so that I can not access it. Now I am missing files from my account. It looks suspicious to me. Is it because of some bug or deliberate action from box?

We recommend checking your trash to look for your missing files.
Note: When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash.
You can filter content by items you own, or by items you’ve deleted. To do this, directly beneath the folder label (Trash), click the Items I Own (or Items I Deleted) down arrow. Then click the option you want.
To restore specific items in Trash:
The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.
- Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
- Click the ellipsis (...). Then:
- To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
- At the prompt, click Okay.
