Ex-colleague folder
AnsweredWe have recently discovered that a colleague who has an account using our company email address and is still set as a folder owner for some of our internal folders.
She has left the company 2 years ago and would like to close her account as well as delete the folders she is still an owner of.
Can anyone help how we can do this...?

Is the affected user registered to Box through her personal Box account? If yes, please note that you can only manage (delete, modify) the user's account with Starter account or above. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043694514-Deleting-Managed-Users
Otherwise, the affected user must initiate to transfer her Box contents and delete her account.

Thank you for above. It seems that it may have been a personal account (but using the company email address) as I have sent the link you sent me on how to delete managed users and IT says they cannot delete her account.
I have asked one of the editors who are still in the company to delete all files and remove access of all users who have access to the folder so at least it is an empty folder....
