Can't change administrator or open a support case
AnsweredI need to switch the administrator of my box account but for some reason whenever I go to click the verification email it says I do not have permission to transfer the role.
I tried opening a support case but it keeps saying my email address is not verified, no matter how many times I send and click the verification link it says "403 Forbidden"
Can I get someone on the backend to force the admin change through or fix this email verification problem?
