Can't update password

I'm unable to reset my password. I need to talk to someone or get an email sent so I can change the password.

  I have an individual account, using google to sign-in. I'm unable to change, or create a password. Every time I get an error when trying to create a password. I cannot change the password since I don't have an existing password.
