When receiving notifications from box.com, I receive an email that includes a user name accompanied by an email address noreply@box.com.   My internal help desk with the government is advising me that this behavior is being blocked by an artificial intelligence tool that cannot be modified.  Can the notifications from box.com be modified to remove the user name?
