コラボレータ設定：編集者、コラボレータには複数人が同じ設定でいますが、
ある人だけ一部フォルダがWebでは表示されるのに
フォルダがBOX driveだと表示されないという状態が数か月も続いています。
最初から表示されなかったわけではなく、気付いたら表示されなくなったとのことです。
試してみたとこは、
BOXdriveのフォルダを更新、ログアウトログインし直し、
アンインストールして再インストール、コラボレータを外して再設定
どれをやっても直らず、フォルダを利用する時は毎回webから入ります。
