Hi there - I am missing some files that I uploaded a few years ago.

Hi there - I am missing some files that I uploaded a few years ago.
I log in few times a year and have stored some old pictures on box.com , but when I logged in recently I found that few of my files (pictures) were missing from a particular folder. 
I've not deleted any of those files. Please investigate.

    Did you know if these files were uploaded in your collaborated folders? If there's no recollection of having these files deleted yourself. Chances are, the files are in your collaborated folders and you may reach out to the users you've collaborated with.

    No, it was not part of the collaborated folders.
    Can you please open a ticket to investigate and restore
