Unable to Receive Confirmation email

My colleague is not receiving the confirmation email when they create their Box account.

You could have the user to generate a new email link here! Meanwhile, if the user would continue to experience issues with his/her confirmation email. Please have the user to run these troubleshooting steps regarding email notifications.
