Unable to View Collaboration files
AnsweredI have received an invite for collaboration and accepted it. My box.com account is accessed via Google Sign. When I accept the invite, It takes me to my box account, but I can not see any of the necessary files. Additionally, under my collaboration tab, it doesn't show anyone else.

If you are having trouble accessing a file or folder that has been shared with you, verify that you are signed in to the same Box account that the collaboration invite was sent to.You may then ask to be invited in the correct email account.Hope it helps!
