Can't Change Primary Email Address
CompletedI need to change my primary email address used on Box due to a hack to the email on file. However, when I go into edit my profile with the new email address and then get the confirmation email and enter the SMS code I get on my phone to confirm the new address I'm getting this error message below. I'm stuck in a loop now where I'm being locked out of resetting my email due to too many attempts in an hour. What do I need to do to get out of this loop to get a simple email change done? This is maddening. Thank you.
