Missing Files / Folder.
AnsweredPlease can you help. I have re-created my password and once logged onto the system a file is missing from my account. I have checked the bin and it is empty. Please can you contact me to have reactivate this folder. Many thanks Wendy

To locate your missing contents, you must identify who owns these folders you're looking for. If it's your collaborated folder, kindly reach out to the folder owner and request for collaboration invite to reinstate your access.
Meanwhile, if you're the owner of these missing folders you may filter your trash/bin from the Box Web-App.
You can filter content by items you own, or by items you’ve deleted. To do this, directly beneath the folder label (Trash), click the Items I Own (or Items I Deleted) down arrow. Then click the option you want.
- The Items I own filter displays all deleted items you own, regardless of who deleted the item.
To restore specific items in Trash:
The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.
- Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
- Click the ellipsis (...). Then:
- To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
- At the prompt, click Okay.
