Still unable to change email
CompletedI posted a question about this about a month ago and received the following reply from Rona:
Hi there,
Welcome to Box Community and glad to help update your email address!
You may follow these steps below:
To add an email address:
- Click Add More Emails.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Click Save.
An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
Important
For security purposes, the verification email for Admin and Co-admin users will be sent to their existing primary email address, not the newly entered email address.
To make a secondary email address your primary email address:
- Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.

This did not work because there was no option to "add more emails". I am starting a new topic because my follow-up questions were not answered.
Also, any verification sent to my old email address will NOT reach me because I no longer use that address. I set this account up many years ago.
This seems to be a common problem among users here.
I would hate to lose access to all the files I have stored here. Please help?
