Unable to install on mac

Downloaded the installer, but it can't configure the software. It says to contact the manufacturer. Please let me know what I can do

To keep the most updated version of our Box application(s), please make sure to use the installer here.

Also, make sure you're running the supported Operating System for it to work. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696234-Understand-the-Box-Policy-For-Browser-And-OS-Support
