Invitation couldn't be sent to a particular user. Received collaboration error

    I am having the same exact issue and with someone that we have collaborated with in the past.  I am interested to learn of the outcome here and what I can do to fix the same issue.  Thank you!

    I am having the same issue! When I go into the Settings of the folder it does not allow me to change the Invitation Restrictions. Please help!
