    Changes have not been made yet as your Box tariff remains the same. For assistance, you could contact our Sales team via https://www.box.com/pricing.

    Rona, WTF?!

    The Box told us come to support ("There was an error processing your request. Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com") and now you send us to "Sales team via https://www.box.com/pricing"?

    Why don't admit that The Box cannot fix the error? Very bad assitance from the company!

    I agree, I've been all over the place with them on this today and NOTHING was resolved.   

    Worse service I've experienced in a while.

    I agree, Box told us to come to Support for help on this. Then Support tells us to go to Sales. Plus, tickets are submitted to a Community! The Community shouldn't have to solve this, Box Support should! Very bad customer service
