    Was self resolved.
I searched for boxSupport and found the following knowledge.
    https://support.box.com/hc/en/articles/360044195853

"After you log in successfully the first time, Box will remember your browser, so when you log back in from the same browser, you won't be prompted for two-factor authentication. Only if you clear your browser's cache and cookies will you be able to You will be prompted for two-factor authentication."

I want to be prompted for two-factor authentication every time, so I set Chrome to delete cookies every time.
I really want to delete cookies without closing all browsers, but closing a tab or one window did not delete cookies.
    This is a Chrome issue.

(I'm not fluent in English, so I'm using Google Translate)
