    When you said you've deleted an account. What steps did you take to accomplish this? Please be sure to provide the steps each for a closer look.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I'm not good at English. Sorry if I didn't communicate it well.

     

    I did the following, Account Settings > Permanently Delete Account.

     

    I then received the following email.

    In English,

     

    Box account canceled

    This email is sent to customers who have canceled their Box accounts. You will not be billed in the future, but your account will become inactive on June 14, 2023. You may use your account until that date.

    To reactivate your account, click here. Please note that you will only be able to reactivate your account for 120 days after cancellation; after 120 days, you will lose your files and content.

    If you have any questions or concerns, please visit our support page.

    And next, in another account,

    Account settings > Link Personal Email >

    >Link Personal Email

    Here, I entered the address of an account that I thought I had deleted.

     

     

    I want to use that once tried to erase address on another account.

    However, the account has not been completely deleted and the address cannot be set to another account.

    Once that account is completely deleted, that address should work for another account.

    The account I want to delete completely is not the account I am logged into to ask the question now.
     
    Should I give you the information about the account I want to delete completely when I get an email from the support team?
