Error Trying to Add Email to Your Account
CompletedThe account I tried to delete has not been deleted.
So I can't change my email address on another account.
When I try to change the email address, I get "Error Trying to Add Email to Your Account".
Can you help me?

Thanks for getting back to me.
I'm not good at English. Sorry if I didn't communicate it well.
I did the following, Account Settings > Permanently Delete Account.
I then received the following email.
In English,
Box account canceled
This email is sent to customers who have canceled their Box accounts. You will not be billed in the future, but your account will become inactive on June 14, 2023. You may use your account until that date.
To reactivate your account, click here. Please note that you will only be able to reactivate your account for 120 days after cancellation; after 120 days, you will lose your files and content.

And next, in another account,
Account settings > Link Personal Email >
>Link Personal Email
Here, I entered the address of an account that I thought I had deleted.
I want to use that once tried to erase address on another account.
However, the account has not been completely deleted and the address cannot be set to another account.
Once that account is completely deleted, that address should work for another account.
