    Your email address is correctly receiving emails from Box and you may want to create a new password reset link here. Should the issue persist, please check out this article for our recommended troubleshooting steps.

    Hi Rona, 

    Thank you for the prompt response. I'm receiving emails but not from Box when I click reset password. Could you please set up a support ticket so we can resolve this as I'm also getting a contact administrator message.
